By downloading or using Crux Daily, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Crux Daily is an educational app that provides bite-sized learning content ("Cruxes") covering topics in technology, business, science, and current events.
Account Registration
To use Crux Daily, you must create an account using Apple Sign-in or Google Sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Free and Paid Features
Free Tier
- âĸ1 free crux per week
- âĸFree credit resets every Monday at midnight
- âĸOnce you open a crux, your free credit is used for that week
Pro Subscription
- âUnlimited access to all cruxes
- âInteractive quizzes
- âXP tracking and progress statistics
- âNew content added weekly
Subscription Terms
Payment
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Cancellation
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
Refunds
Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store policies
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. Any price change will take effect on your next renewal after notice is provided
Intellectual Property
All content in Crux Daily, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Crux Daily or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
- Share your account credentials with others
Disclaimer of Warranties
Crux Daily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Educational content is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crux Daily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crux Daily operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
