By downloading, installing, or using the CruxDaily mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CruxDaily is an educational mobile application that provides daily micro-learning content about emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, energy transition, synthetic biology, future of compute, space, robotics, and financial technology. Our content is designed for non-technical audiences and is delivered in bite-sized, 10-minute lessons.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

CruxDaily may offer subscription-based access to premium content. If you choose to subscribe:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Prices are subject to change with notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of CruxDaily or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Use any automated means to access the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent any content protection mechanisms

The content provided in CruxDaily is for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRUXDAILY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CruxDaily and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
